Qisse Khane aur Khilane Ke
 

'Qisse Khane aur Khilane Ke', was a workshop led by Shivangi Singh of BlueJackal on visualising stories around food. This workshop was invited by Kiran Nadar Museum of Art and was part of  KNMA Method Series.

 

Some very sensitive, some comforting and some heartbreaking stories came up from the participants around food, which opened up conversations about access to food, privilege, gendered constructions around cooking and serving and also food as a means for community building but also for divisive communal agendas. The participants were introduced to multiple children's books, zines, comics, around the theme and to various folding formats they could explore in book making.
